31. Jane MARTIN was born in 1687.⁽³⁾ and was christened on 8 May 1687 in Matterdale, CUL, ENG.⁽⁶⁾ She died in 1747.⁽¹⁾ and was buried on 28 Aug 1747.⁽¹⁶⁾ (Living? in 1750 per Mary Grisdale/ViTaylor. Is this possibly that she was alive when her husband made his will in 1743 but died before he died?)

She married Joseph GRISEDALE (son of Thomas GRISEDALE and Dorothy RAKESTRAY) on 30 Nov 1709 in Matterdale, CUL, ENG.⁽⁶⁾ Joseph GRISEDALE was born in 1685 in Watermillock,CUL,ENG. ⁽³⁾ and was baptised there on 8 Nov 1685 ⁽¹⁹⁾ He signed his will on 26 Feb 1743 in Dockray, Matterdale, CUL, ENG.⁽²⁰⁾ witnesses Thomas Birkett, Timothy Martin probated on 11 Dec 1750⁽¹⁹⁾. He died in 1750 in Townhead, Dockray, CUL, ENG. ⁽¹⁹⁾
