Charles THOMAS was born in 1821.⁽⁷⁾ He resided 4 Charlotte Street between 1850 and 1857 in Bristol.⁽⁷⁾ He resided Pitch and Pay estate, Sneyd Park after 1858. ⁽⁷⁾ CTB says he bought the Pitch and Pay estate in 1858, having bought 4 Charlotte Street 1853/4 which he had formerly rented He died in Sep 1909. ⁽⁷⁾

He married to Lucy BROWNE (daughter of William BROWNE) in May 1850. ^(7)(15) Lucy BROWNE was born in 1825.⁽⁷⁾ She died in Jun 1909.⁽⁷⁾ Charles THOMAS and Lucy BROWNE had the following children:
