He married to Anna CARPENTER (daughter of Lant CARPENTER and Hannah) before 1851. ⁽⁷⁾ Anna CARPENTER was born in 1808. ⁽⁷⁾ She died in 1870. ⁽⁷⁾ Herbert THOMAS and Anna CARPENTER had the following children:

He married to Anne JENKINS (daughter of James JENKINS) in 1880. ⁽⁷⁾ Anne JENKINS was born in 1851. ⁽⁷⁾ She resided Great Milton Manor before 1907 in Oxfordshire.⁽⁷⁾ She died in 1918. ⁽⁷⁾ Herbert THOMAS and Anne JENKINS had the following children:
